Preparing to teach the study has been even more revealing and honestly more emotional than I expected.
The chapter of Shifting Your Identity is one that has been very profound as I assessed the labels and the words that have driven me over the years. I thought I was past this, and it was a surprise to find other labels that have framed how I viewed myself and how I was showing up in the world.
