Start Here:
- Where do you want to live and work?
- What kinds of people do you want to collaborate with?
- What do your workdays feel like – booked and busy or calm and creative?
- What is your income goal?
- What boundaries are you honouring?
This isn’t about ignoring the realities of life (rent, kids, caregiving, bills). It’s about making sure you’re not compromising your future every time you fill out a job application.
Design Your Work Life

Instead of editing your CV again this week, sit down and build your future resume, the one for your dream role. Write the summary like you’ve already got the title. Shape the bullet points around the outcomes you want to be known for. Infuse your bio with boldness, not breadcrumbs.
You are not a placeholder for someone else’s vision.
You’re the visionary. Own it.
