With writing
With putting words to paper
or on a screen
my fingertips tapping out the thoughts
as they pour slowly
sometimes swiftly from my mind.
I want to meet my muse
she’s been quiet
neglected for so long
by me and my
fears.
I wonder if she will love me
or
whether I will have to find a new
love?
But who will love me
like words do
when they embrace me and
beckon me to let others read them?
I want to fall in love again with
writing.
