The Trouble With Innovation
The trouble with innovation is that once you have stepped out and conquered your fear and awkward discomfort of walking alone, found the path, blazed a trail, others will follow your breadcrumbs of faith and strategy, to skip down the path with ease and make their way to where you are without the struggle or effort you endured.
When this happens, give thanks for the courage and the wisdom to be first. But all true innovators know, if they did it before, they can do it again. It is time to innovate.
